It all started with a simple question: what if we brought the spirit of New York to Bucharest? Not just the bagels and burgers, but that hard-to-describe vibe you feel when you walk through Brooklyn, stumble into a hidden diner in Manhattan, or get lost in the lights of Times Square. We started with the design: inspired by Art Deco, like the iconic NY buildings with sharp lines, bold geometry, rich textures, and a lot of red marble. Every detail is made to hit you visually as soon as you walk in: walls with reimagined classical paintings (where Renaissance figures hold burgers instead of fruit), retro lights that look like they’re from a noir movie, diner-style bar stools, and a vibe that makes you want to stay for hours. NY Bagels & Burgers isn’t just a place to eat. It’s a statement.
